Account security

You are responsible for credentials and devices. Notify support promptly about unauthorized access.

Prohibited conduct

No harassment, hate, blackmail, trafficking, impersonation designed to deceive matches, malware distribution, or attempts to scrape members at scale. Financial scams trigger permanent bans and law enforcement referral where appropriate.

Content licensing

You grant InstaFuck a license to host, display, and moderate the content you upload so the product can function. You retain underlying ownership rights.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that risk member safety or violate law. You may delete your account in settings subject to lawful retention windows.

Disclaimers

Dating involves emotional risk. We do not guarantee matches, relationship outcomes, or uninterrupted service. Verification reduces but does not eliminate bad actors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaFuck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Some states do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the minimum required extent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a consumer protection in your home state cannot be waived.
